Jin Xuan Green

Jin Xuan is a beloved Taiwanese cultivar known for its naturally creamy character, and when crafted as a green tea, it offers something unexpectedly delightful. Ours was grown and crafted in the 1200 altitude regions of China’s Fujian Province, where cool misty mornings and mineral-rich soil bring out its signature aroma and smooth sweetness.

Once steeped, Jin Xuan green tea opens with a soft milky aroma- fresh, buttery, and gently floral. Its smooth texture carries a refined sweetness that lingers long after each sip, distinct from the sharp or astringent edge of typical green teas. The floral undertones are elegant and understated, adding depth without overpowering. Unlike its use in white tea, this cultivar truly shines in green form- it is light, vibrant, and wonderfully fragrant.
