Jin Jun Mei (Wunderschöne Goldene Augenbraue in Mandarin) ist ein berühmter chinesischer Tee und bekannt für seinen dunklen rotbraunen Goldton und seine zarten schlanken Blätter, so schön wie die Augenbraue einer Frau. Er ist einer der beliebtesten chinesischen Tees. Angebaut und produziert in der Provinz Fujian.

Im Frühling werden die zwei kleinen Blätter vom Ast gezupft und ihnen erlaubt vollständig zu oxidieren; diese vollständige Oxidation gibt dem Jin Jun Mei sein dunkles und malziges Aroma. Jin Jun Mei wird aus schlanken schwarzen und goldenen Spitzen, die ein zarter goldener Flaum bedeckt, produziert. Sobald er aufgegossen wird, bildet er einen weichen Körper und ein abgerundetes Mundgefühl; sein Geschmack ist süß, wie Honig, malzig, samtig weich und hat Noten von Vanille.

Jin Jun Mei genießt man am besten pur, und versuchen Sie mehrere verschiedene Aufgüsse!

Vorbereitung:

Verwenden Sie 1-1,5 TSP oder 1 BEUTEL Tee pro 8oz/200ml Wasser. Erhitzen Sie das Wasser auf 205F/95°C und lassen Sie es 2-3 min lang ziehen.

[EN] I very much like this tea and i usually only like plain black supermarket tea. This tea here is nicely astringent with a flavour like bread and grass, which sounds odd but is really nice. Five stars.

[EN] I’m new too to elevated teas and I chose this to start with. I’m not sorry at all. Delivery was quick and since I ordered some flower bud teas everything came nicely packed in a box. This tea is superb and with a touch of honey it hit the right spot with me. It’s delicate yet earthy with a hint of vanilla. It reminded me of my gran dad’s vanilla tobacco for his smoking pipe but obviously delicate like a warm hug. Thanks for bringing back Cherished memories of him. It’s been priceless.

[EN] Honestly, this thing has become one of my favourite black teas. The scent it has is divine, and the complex malty, earthy, sweet and it's just... Something completely unique. I'm extremely bad at describing how things taste, but this tea just makes you think as you sip, and every time you take a sip, you notice something new in the flavour. This tea rewards you for taking it seriously, but is also super approachable for a newcomer. Definitely a must try for black tea lovers.

[EN] I have been drinking this tea for years. It is good taste, sweet, fragrant and mild. It goes gentle to the stomach. You can drink it full year around, any time, even during evening, won't give any problems for sleeping. The price is reasonable.
