Hemos elaborado este tónico que favorece el sueño con manzanilla dulce, valeriana, pétalos de rosa, citronela, menta verde y pasiflora. La valeriana es una hierba sedante que se utiliza desde hace siglos para ayudar a quienes padecen insomnio. La pasiflora es naturalmente calmante; le ayudará a tranquilizar su mente. Hora de Dormir es una mezcla suave que promueve un sueño tranquilo y profundo, y le ayudará a despertarse sintiéndose bien descansado. Le recomendamos beber esta infusión antes de acostarse para mejorar su calidad de sueño.

[EN] Love this. It has everything you could want in a bedtime tea. I accidentally over brewed my first cup at 7 minutes and it definitely had some bitter flavours in the cup so don't do what I did. Easily avoidable, just stick to 5 minutes or less and set a timer. I can tell this has quickly become my new bed time tea. 5/5

[EN] By far my best relaxation tea. You really don’t need any sweetener as the tea is delicate, aromatic, and soothing. I do add some honey if I have a sore throat. Will repurchase but want to compare to the other herbal soothing blends. This is a staple in my tea kit!

[EN] I have had ALL of the nighttime teas there are out there over the years. This just came in a few days ago and it is the most smooth, best tasting AND it does the trick. I have slept so sound. I only WISH I had ordered more as there is a $50 minimum for free shipping. I hope you will try it as I wouldn't take the time to let you know how good it is if I weren't totally sincere. Zzzzzzzzz :)
