How do I brew Taiwanese green tea?

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup and water at about 175°F. Steep 2 to 3 minutes. A glass cup or gaiwan works well, and the leaves give several good infusions.

How is it different from Chinese Bi Luo Chun?
