The tradition of drinking iced tea originated in India, but has taken root even in northern latitudes during the hot season.

The process of making this drink is very simple - you need to brew tea, cool it and let it infuse so that there is no sediment in the tea. After that, you need to put your favorite fruits, herbs, spices, ice, and fill the decanter with cooled tea.

You can use black and green tea, but the latter is preferable. In some cases, all the components are brewed together. Sometimes fruit juices and even alcoholic beverages are used as ingredients.

Iced tea is a real room for the imagination, you can try a variety of options during the summer.

Cold teas relieve fatigue and give a boost of energy. This drink is a natural natural antioxidant and regulates heat exchange in the human body and improves metabolism. Tea contains tannin and vitamin P, which supports cardiovascular activity.

And if we add citrus fruits, herbs, berries to our iced tea, we also add various vitamins and microelements necessary for a healthy person.

Of course, the iced tea that we make ourselves will be more useful than the one you can buy in the store. After all, the latter contains preservatives.

Cold iced teas should be used with caution, so as not to harm the throat and health. In everything you need to know the measure, otherwise because of low temperatures it is quite possible to lose your voice even in summer.

In addition, try not to abuse sugar: Do not add it in large quantities to cold drinks. Berries and fruits already contain a sufficient amount of sugar, which gives the drink the necessary taste. You can use honey to add sweetness, but add it only when it has cooled down, so as not to destroy its useful properties.

We offer you several options for summer drinks that quench thirst.
