Everything you need for matcha in one place.
Choose a matcha powder, from ceremonial grades like Supreme Matcha and Samurai Matcha Ceremony to Culinary Matcha for baking and flavored pre-mixes for quick lattes, then add the traditional tools from our matcha accessories.
A bamboo Matcha Whisk, a Chashaku Bamboo Matcha Scoop and a Japanese Matcha Bowl cover the basics. For a complete starter or a gift, the Matcha Startup Gift Set and Japanese Matcha Ceremonial Kit bundle the essentials.
Matcha powder, a bamboo whisk (chasen), a scoop (chashaku) and a wide bowl. A small sifter helps prevent lumps. A milk frother works for lattes, but a bamboo whisk gives the best foam for traditional matcha.
Rinse it in warm water right after use, without soap, and let it dry standing on a whisk holder so the tines keep their shape. Soaking it briefly in warm water before whisking softens the tines and helps them last.
If you plan to drink matcha whisked with water, start with a ceremonial grade. If you mostly make lattes, smoothies or baking recipes, an everyday or culinary grade is a better value.
