Just a nice edge as I hate astringent tea like Greens. But this has depth to it. Almost tastes like a buttery fresh cookie . Of my 200 plus teas, this one is now number one.

This is rather unique, and I expect it will be too "busy" for some palates, but I give five stars without hesitation.
